"Safely" blown

Hello all.. I have a 13 Mustang GT, that is bone stock. I have heard going past 650 hp on stock rods is dangerous. Is there a "safe" lower blown setup (like the Rouch) that will add 150 hp or so and keep the power around 550 at the crank? How long would you think that would hold in a stock motor?
