I placed my order Saturday. Received my order confirmation and charge confirmation immediately. I called them Monday to get my tracking number...no answer or return phone call...I called them 3 times Monday with the same result. Tuesday I received a Fedex tracking number email with an expected delivery as of 6-12-14 (today). Still no return phone call. No package arrived today...I called them 3 times and left messages. No answer or return phone call. I called Fedex to get info on the tracking number and they claimed it was never picked up. Needless to say, without any contact from the seller and Fedex telling me the package was never shipped, I called my bank to file a claim. F this company.
