s-trim ?'s

Anyone with a 94-95 cobra and a s-trim, DId you have to remove your oil coolers? It doesn't look like it can be used as the lines up by the water pump look to be in the way. Just curious if anyone has had to ditch the oil cooler for their install, thanks.....Russ

I ditched the oil cooler. I wasn't planning on road racing the car so i decided to junk the cooler. I haven't noticed a change in temperature with this Texas heat. The needle stays right on the "O."

Thanks, I figured it would have to go so I pulled it, It makes me feel better to know that others have done the same. Hopefully I'll have the install done soon, can't seem to get enough time to work on it!!

what did you have to do to pull it? I am considering pulling mine when I get ready to install my s trim.
Maybe I can get it on soon if I could get new fuel pump.

S-trim on a 94/95 = bye bye oil cooler.

No big deal though. You won't notice it's gone.

I had to lose the oil cooler when the S trim was installed on my 95.
