Hello ,

My mustang 2014
5.0
Manuel
3.73
I install ROUSH supercharge 2.3

Now after tune
My tuner give 7000 RPM limit
Is that good or not ?
I thank it is need more RPM for to get more breath
Because my shifts finish very quickly
My top speed 235 at the 5th

Which limit for RPM until safety ?

And do you advise me to change
my 3.73 to small ratio like 3.31 or 3.27

Stock intake manifold? I'd say you are fine. Even supercharged, the stock manifold is unsuited to revs much over 7000. I would not rev a coyote over 7000, especially supercharged, unless I'd done the oil pump gear first.

3.73s are useless with a positive displacement blower, yes. Less gear will allow you to put the power down more easily and leave you more headroom at the end of the 1/4.

Bump it up to 7500 or 8000 shift at 7000 and stay off the limiter so you don't hurt the oil pump gears and go down in gear for a better driving experience

Duh, reading too quickly. Of course your PD has its own manifold. Where the f*ck is my head at?

With low traction on the street and with street rubber, I'd suggest going down to 3.31. Widely available and cheap.
