I just purchased a 2021 GT 301A auto from the dealer. I bought the 750hp Roush stage 2 kit as part of the deal with the dealer installing it with a full warranty. The car is there. The blower kit is there. No tune. Hasnt been approved by the EPA (CARB EO) for aftermarket use yet. Roush is able to build 2021 cars with the same tune (and its the same tune as last year which has an EO number), but not aftermarket (dealer is considered aftermarket, Roush is OEM). I'm thinking at some point when the warranty is over, I might want to install a 170 themostat which means changing the fan strategy. Is there any tuners out there (SCT, HP, etc) that can do this, would you need Roush to change it or is an aftermarket tune needed?
