im not sure if this can fit the 94-98 cars, but i know it can fit the 99-04,
i bought it off craigslist and it came with no hardware. it was the roush blue color but i sanded it down and primed it painted it black and cleared it. there is no cracks or chips in the paint but its not perfect, but its mounted under the car so its not an issue. a few runs near where it bolts up.
ill take 130 shipped for it. its thicker than the stock unit and ive read a few good reviews on it. i will have pics tomorrow, im selling it because i got a good deal on a front/rear steeda setup.

you will need bushings, which you can get from roush. there is nothing wrong with the swaybar, just missing a couple pieces of rubber for install.
