Have had my car a month now(sonic blue coupe) and it seems to idle rough compared to my 98 cobra. Does anybody else have this problem or is it even a problem? Do these cars just idle rough maybe? I heard something about the computer needing to be re flashed can anybody fill me in on that problem. I will try and search for info.

No rough idle here. There are no performance TSB's yet. There may be some SSM's though.
Mine has the rough idle. So far there is no cure. There is a SSM out on rough running (sort of a stumble or misfiring at moderate RPM's), but that did not cure my rough idle. The SSM stated that due to excessive idling at the factory, the dealers are to replace spark plugs in the '03 and check the catalytic converters.
There is a rumor going around that Ford has a new EEC program ready, but hasn't released it yet. Only rumor at this point.
