I was doing a minor fix under the hood with some super glue and managed to smear some on the underside of my hood. Tried everything to remove it, any suggestions ??
Thx

If it's on the basecoat, it may be a bit of an issue.

The items I list WILL remove CA glue; but they *may* also remove the paint...so it's up to you to be careful.

Acetone.

Fingernail Polish Remover.

Zap de-bond (basically a weak Acetone gel): Super Glue Corporation | /Zap | Z-7 Debonder

I've also had PB 'Blaster remove really hard, set-on tree sap. It may be worth a shot if you have some around. I know it doesn't hurt clearcoat.

There are a few others as well, but these are the easiest to get.
