Removing headrests from our 03-04 Cobra?

OK, searched everywhere.

How do we remove the 'headrest' portion from our seats in our 03-04 Cobras?


Have inspected them up and down and besides yanking them with Dorian Yates force...can't for the life of me, get the headrest to release.

I got a real cool pair of AmericanMuscle, Ford aprons to put on here.
