Reinforced IRS sub-frame

Oh I see! Over a year since I did the work on mine and I wasn't picturing it right. The distance from the subframe to the UCA mount is close enough for a bracket and doesn't need a link.

My purpose in this would be to brace the hinge that occurs in the body between where the FLSF ends and the IRS is mounted.

This would be the final touch to the top side FLSF I'm adding along with tying the cage in to the trunk floor.

My work on the subframe was only finishing out the factory welds and adding gussets to the control arm mount tabs.

installed the IRS last night thought I would add a couple of photos of interest.

Here is the auxiliary IRS mounting plate using the SRA upper arm mounting flanges. It fit perfectly to the point of being almost scary.

I worked late last night on it and didn't tighten all the bolts so don't cite me if you see a bolt or 2 not nailed down. Going to get the coil overs on next and will show the torque box reinforcements and various other features soon
