Rebuilding my engine

Hi all,

I have a Mach 1 that's got a rear main leak but also needs a tranny. While the trannies out I thought I might as well replace the tensioners since the motors at 120K I figured I may as well do a whole engine refresh.

I've bought

96-98 Cobra Cams
FRPP Timing Chain Tensioner Kit
Valve Cover Gasket kit
Rear Main Seal
FRPP Rear Axle Bushings
Water Pump
Fuel Filter
Fuel Pump
Thermostat
Exedy 400

Yet to buy
Cloyes Adjustable Secondary Gears (Can't find where the f**k to buy these for the 96-98 cams)

I don't really have much technical knowledge about cars, just mostly stuff I've picked up while working on a lot and being friends with mechanics.

Is there anything else you guys would recommend changing?

I've seen people split on porting intakes or getting a short runner.

you might as well replace the oil pump, maybe with an upgrade but that might require a new pick up tube.

Might as well upgrade your headers and if your ambitious drive shaft
