Rear window on convert issue

I just developed an issue with the driver's side rear window that won't go down. It looks like a metal bracket attached to the sheet metal has bent inwards toward the window track and when the window begins to cycle down, the lower edge of the window hits the top of the metal bracket preventing it to continue cycling down. Motor is working fine, it's the obstruction causing he problem.
Any suggestions?

Also, I'd like to replace the hood insulator liner. Where's a good place to purchase?

Not having any window issues on my vert. I would try Tousley for the hood blanket;

I took mine off and had the hood painted on the inside
