I say Republicans smash one through just to punish the Democrats for how they have acted. McConnel and Trump should straight up say that there is no way they are leaving a vacant Supreme Court seat with the current state of the Democrat party, not if they have a chance to fill it. The Democrat party is not responsible enough to appoint a judge, let alone lead this country. They are children.

Trump must act now because we cannot give in to the terrorist. If trump does not the right will forever cave to the radical Marxist mobs. Democracy does on the day the Marxists win.

    Read it here:

McConnell: Trump's Supreme Court nominee 'will receive a vote on the floor of the United States Senate'

McConnell said, “In the last midterm election before Justice Scalia’s death in 2016, Americans elected a Republican Senate majority because we pledged to check and balance the last days of a lame-duck president’s second term. We kept our promise,” McConnell continued. “Since the 1880s, no Senate has confirmed an opposite-party president’s Supreme Court nominee in a presidential election year.”

You just have to sit back and ask yourself, what would the Dems do?

Typically people will be more likely to go vote for someone, than to vote against someone.
If the Dem voters think they have a chance of getting that seat in the supreme court, that's much more inspiring and will get people out to vote for Joe, just cause they really want the court in liberal hands, as that's the only branch where they have consistently and historically always made their big wins.
The faster the administration can get a new constitutional justice the better.
They will be pissed, but they don't have the option of being able to vote in Biden just so they could get another liberal, activist judge, AKA someone "to vote for."
Now all they are left with is "orange man bad" and try to vote against him. Make no mistake, They just double downed on "Mail in 'every vote should count' fraud." They have left no doubt they want "election night" to become "election season."

I was hoping Trump would start tweeting "glowing" remarks about Ginsburg, because then the media would have to prove him wrong.

My bet, let them chew up a female Hispanic on live TV and guarantee Trump the win.

Federal appeals court Judge Barbara Lagoa of Florida emerged Saturday as a little-known front-runner for President Donald Trump's upcoming Supreme Court nomination.

As a successor to the late Associate Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Lagoa, 52, would bring lengthy judicial experience in state and federal courts as well as two potential political benefits: She is a Cuban American from battleground state FL.
