They are the same as 2001 Cobra seats (not Terminators) in terms of foam and overall layout, difference being leather versus the alcantara centers.
The Terminator seats had the alcantara wrap over the front of the seat portion, it was not contained within the leather as the Bullitt and '01 Cobra seats.
