All that area right outside the base...lol. It's like...that was water....now it's hotels for hundreds of yards where it use to be ocean..what could go wrong. lol

My Uncle bought a house in Cabo back in 2020 and there's a couple of rooms that have the side of the mountain as a wall/feature. It looks awesome but if you brush up against it you'll get basically sand that falls off and is on the tile which is a PITA to sweep up. Below is the video from the realtors before he bought it.

It is very nice, but have you been to Cabo? It's amazing there.
We have been to Mexico a handful of times. There has always been an issue when we go there. Seems like everyone is trying to rip you off. We just don't go anymore.
