We have a place here also, called Rent-N-Roll.
When I first started as a cop, I was patrolling and came up on 2 guys removing some big rims off of a crown vic that was parked in front of a house. Thought I was catching a theft so went to investigate. They showed their business cards and paperwork for the rims. They were repossessing them for non payment lol
