Random bracket/brace

I was under the hood last night just looking around with a flashlight and when I was walking away from the truck I heard something fall to the ground, here is a pic of it. Does anyone know where this may go on these trucks? It has to be somewhere between the front of the engine to the radiator. I was laughing because I wasn't even working on the truck it just fell off or it was something from a previous owner that just got randomly left under the hood and finally fell out.
