I am simply curious if anyone else here commits random acts of kindness for people? I will admit that I tend to so more of it around the holidays. As an example this morning the family piled into the car to go to breakfast and then get a Christmas tree. This is an after Thanksgiving tradition for us. At breakfast I picked up the tab for an older gentleman wearing a veteran hat. While paying our tab I noticed a table that had two other vets sitting at it. A younger man with his wife and kids and grandparents. I pointed them out to the manager and payed their bill as well with tip. In both cases I asked not to be identified as it's not my style. I don't need recognition and honestly do poorly when talked to after doing such things. I am honestly not sure why. At some point this year I'll probably go to the grocery store and try to pick out people who look like that could use a little help and put some money on their bill. I think I'll pull out some cash and spread it around a little. One of these days I'll see one of you ugly some bitches in an SVPT shirt and pick up your bill and you still won't know who the hell I am. It will just happen. So does anyone else do this type of stuff?
