I have two friends buy Rs and both had the spacers. One took delivery and traded a 16 tech pack. He was unhappy with the ride and commented to another R owner. He suggested checking to see if the spacers were there. Yep--took them out and much happier. I was told about it and told a friend that had taken his to Texas World Speedway where I instructed him. That car killed me on that rough track. I would actually hold my body up on the seat bolsters on the front straight it was so rough. He goes and looks at his car and the spacers are trashed from all of the pounding. He had to cut them out with a sawzall in pieces because they were molded around the shafts. Now, he is much happier and enjoys the car on the street. He was close to selling it. I also understand they command $700-$900 for a quality set. Tom
