Goodbye Ziggy Stardust.

I just pulled out my vinyl copy of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders From Mars.

It still holds up very well. Just think how original it sounded in 1972

RIP.

I will always remember him from that movie he did that I saw as a kid. Labyrinth.

I just watched a ziggy stardust concert from '73 two days ago. Weird.

I couldn't believe it when I saw the news this morning. What an icon. This is my favorite Bowie song. RIP Ziggy.

Read about it on my phone as soon as I opened my eyes this morning. I was stunned and just sighed. Oh...no. We rocked to Bowie through every one of his transformations from the 70's on. We had the privilege to finally see him in concert. Incredible voice and such a warm stage presence...always laughing. All my buds are down about his passing. A sad day indeed. RIP David Bowie.

I was a little late finding this out but pretty disappointing news. He had some great, memorable songs. While not my favorite performer, as I kid I remember them and certainly his role in Labyrinth. I had also read he was a genuine, nice guy which is always great to hear when it comes to someone with a high status.

It's kind of amazing...I have not stopped thinking about Bowie since his death. I keep singing his song's in my head. I couldn't of imagined how much his death would bother me.
