I don't ever see a real push to get him to leave/retire happening anytime soon. Stoops will have to leave OU when Mac retires, he can blow bowl games he wants, so long as he kicks the crap out of UT. Mac has really enriched Stoops career at OU.

BTW did you know Darrell K. Royal was a Sooner?!!! RIP to one of the greatest.

I used to be a store director at Albertson in BeeCaves (Austin) where he and his wife shopped. I remember him being a super nice guy and really down to earth. Sad to see him pass but his legacy lives on...
