Quick question regarding pads

Hey guys,

I will be using my PC for the first time this Wednesday. First I will be applying SSR2.5 then Vanilla Moose (thanks Scott). Can I use the same pad to apply both products? If so, what is the best way to clean the pad in between uses? Thanks,

use a cutting pad for the SSR2.5 and a polishing pad for the VM. What brand of pads do you have?

to clean a pad, let them soak in warm soapy water for 30 minutes or so. try to scrub off any excess product with a brush, especially after the product has caked on the pad.

I always start off with a polishing pad and SSR2.5. You always want to go with the least aggressive selection first. If the polishing pad doesn't work well enough, the step up to the cutting pad. You would then want to go back to the polishing pad with SSR2.5

Use a different pad when you switch to Vanilla Moose. You can use either the polishing or finishing pad. You can wash the pads in warm soapy water. Rinse them well and allow to air dry.
