Question regarding race fuel in a street car

Sadly I don't have e85 around here so I won't be able to run that. Instead I will have to run race fuel. For those of you who do run it in a street car, how do you change between pump and race? I am wondering if a small fuel cell in the trunk would work where you can flip a switch and move the fuel supply from the main tank to the cell? For the guys running superchargers, do you swap the pulley and drive to the track on your race tune or do you do that at the track>
