question on removing plastic rivets

My question is pretty simple...but cant seem to mange. I need to install the front grille filler panel and im not sure on how to remove the black plastic rivets without ruining the Bumper cover. Any help would be appreciated thanks

The ones with the screw in the middle? If so, you use a screwdriver to unscrew the plastic screw in the middle, without applying any downpressure, and then pull the screw out followed by the rivet.

Thanks bro..I wish I had those which sound much easier lol but yea I actually found out how, wasn't much of a hassle either. Just used a flat head screw driver and gently pryed upwards on the head of the rivet and came right out.
