Question on Engine Wiring Harness

I have been working on removing the tubing from the harness and came across a wire that was tucked/zip tied to the harness. In the photo below, the left side circled grey plug connects down by the starter. The circled grey plug on the right is the one that was tucked away. It did not have the grey plastic end on it plus this wire has 12V when the key is on.

Does anyone know where or to what this wire is connected to?
