I have a 99 cobra that I am installing a 03 T56. The stock flywheel came with it and I plan on using it. They only had to take twelve thousanths off of it and it looks great. Is this ok? I wont need to schimm it correct? I am putting a $200 Ram clutch in it. This is only a high 12 sec car and more of a daily driver that I let my woman drive. Im shocked that the flywheel only weight 11-12 lbs. Last question, does a stock 03 flywheel have a step up on the aluminum to steel surface? Before they cut it it had a slight step and now its 100% flat? Is that ok?
