Question about car title.

I have an car that I want to sell but can't find the paper title. Can I get another paper title made somewhere like the DMV? I doubt anyone will want to buy it if I don't have a title. Thanks!

DMV will give you a replacement DMV. All it takes is money.

+ 1 on the money. They'll probably also make you jump through all sorts of hoops to get it. To save yourself time and frustration call ahead and see what paperwork they need you to have in order. By the time you get there they'll probably have thought of 2 or 3 other things, but only after you've made a separate trip to get each item.
