Protesters set up guillotine in front of Jeff Bezos' DC home: reports
This makes me strangely happy.
Dude is worth $160 Billion...... Just hard to wrap my head around that smh. Well, the richest 85 people in the world make up half the worlds wealth lol.
And, strangely unsettled.
^^^this, the shitty FireTV should be reason enough!
The hilarious part is that this is the team he chooses to bat for.
We need to start an all liberals sports league so we can watch them turn on their own team in the middle of the quarter.
He should be boiled in his own firesticks.
they probably bought the parts for the guillotine on Amazon. same day delivery free with prime shipping!
im sorry if you don't like amazon you can go **** yourself
ps his stock is going to make me a millionaire =)
Can't he get the eye thing fixed with all that dough?
You can always spot a pussy. They talk about violence, but never do it.
Minus the fire stick he does offer a good service(s). Arguing against it is futile. Being filthy rich, what obligation does he have AND why should he throw his money into poor neighborhoods? Those "protesting" need to classify themselves as beggars already. Absurd is how I classify one person demanding another spends his money in a certain way.
This. I see people constantly complain about his wealth but I can never understand how him being that wealthy in any way prevents someone else from creating their own success. He had an idea and executed on it. He hired tons of extremely talented people and got tons of money from investors because they believed in him and his idea. Good for him.
I guess the argument would be he has a SHIT TON of money and his fulfillment center employees could have better wages and conditions and that money can go back into the local economy, etc, etc. Not saying that a good argument since it's not like it is his personal decision what they make, hours, etc. Also, AFAIK his wealth isn't from a salary being siphoned off the company's earning (his salary is ~81K) so dumb argument. I just think that's how it's perceived by some. The problem is a lot of the people complaining don't understand "worth" and "money" for lack of a better explanation. People hear what he's worth and assume he's Scrooge McDucking it in a pool of money.
He can support BLM all he wants. As long his company is public, I could care less if they carry him out and use that guillotine. The vision he had as a tech business man set the retail world on its head. Amazon Prime is legit and even at $150 a year its a deal.
That said its funny watching the worlds richest man support an openly communist movement, of which he would be stripped bare and forced into labor. Or he'd buy the ruling section of the BLM commies.
Not a slave if you voluntarily sell yourself right?
Are we seriously trying to make the country fail? I don't understand people anymore... what the hell is going on. Let the guy be successful and innovative... good grief the hatred in people.
Not a care in the world for Bozo.
I don't understand how a rich businessman could ever be a leftist idiot that supports groups like that.... You're going completely against what made you who you are.
I can understand rich Hollywood assholes or athletes who've truly never worked a day in their lives or have any meaningful education whatsoever, but not a college educated businessman.
All big companies have to kiss the ring of the vocal minority movements. Key word here is vocal. Name one major company that doesn't suck up to this extortion. Alphabet and BLM have just been the most recent that has exploited it.
Wait why does everyone hate fire sticks ?
my jail broke fire stick is the shit
because he uses the cheapest hardware possible for the Firestick and Firetv. They have jack shit for storage capacity and can be slow and buggy at times. I will say they are easy and convenient to use, visually they have a great intuitive layout....but you can do much much better for a streaming device
