So roots gives you power/torque at low rpms and snails take over at upper rpms?

What are the rpm bands and overlap of each sc?....and are turbos different sizes and in separate bands?... just wondering.

Yes, it's not a 2-Stroke Detroit. And even on the the higher HP versions of those engines there was a provision to bypass the blower past a certain point. There are very few applications where running both a supercharger and a turbo/s makes sense. A street car engine isn't one of them.

If you haven't found anyone local I might call Manny at HPP in Dallas. They specialize in turbo cars and race builds. They also have their own TT kit for 03/04's
I didn't have the best experience with them rebuilding my heads on my 03...but would not hesitate to recommend Manny, the tuner. My TT car with big cams has run 100% - cold start e85/driveability...etc. I'm on a stock ECU, but believe they work on about everything modular and alot more.
