Hello team,
Good day.
I'm running Mustang GT 2014 in Course Tracks (20-30 mins sessions) with
- Procharger D1SC - Boost 16 and will be upgraded to 20 PSI (making 633 RWHP)
- Aluminator 9.5 Compression
- Mishmito Radiator
- Cooling Fan (default SPAL coming with Procharger).

Currently, I've the following problems:

1- Normal driving coolant temp between 185 to 190 and some time 195 in traffic.
2- Wiring and relays fails from time to time (don't know the reason), as am using the OEMs.

So, I'm studying cooling upgrades, like

1- JPC have custom-built fan with 4000 CFM
JPC- 2011-2014 Mustang GT Custom Electric Slim Fan
** I'm requesting to have all harness and relays that support this high output/amperage.

2- Derale performance fans with controller
PWM Powerpacks

So, anyone have experience on this, or even something different with good results.

Normal driving those temps seem plenty fine. If you are tracking the car, I would get a decent set of mechanical gauges and get more data points on your temp conditions. Water and oil would be good. Also, something to watch is your IAT's under boost. The procharger setup can keep IAT's nice and low, especially between times you are under boost. Also, if you really want to go hard core on dropping temps, run methanol injection and a colder thermostat. However, more data is needed to better understand your cooling needs.

Need a datalog for proper input.
IAT's on/off boost, and fuel availability are key.

Just saw your in Saudi do you have access to meth or e85?
