Procal II Ford Racing tuner and tune off of my sold 2014 Mustang GT manual MT82. Really wakes up the 5.0. The car felt like a dog stock so I bought this tune and it was a huge improvement. Much more torque and power felt from idle to redline, especially at lower rpm's. I ran high 12's with all season 20" tires at a slow track with this tune. Does not include the K&N filter. Original box, instructions, tuner and cable included. $250 shipped. P.M. me. I've been on Ebay since 2001 with 100% feedback. I also sell on Craigslist. Location: CT. Thank you, Sean

It's been 11 years, trying to remember if the ECU or the ECU serial # had to be sent to Ford, in order to allow the tune to be loaded..

I think you are correct.
This was the reason when you purchased a 50 state legal Kenne Bell or Whipple Kit, you had to provide VIN#.

But I have been known to be wrong before
