Problem with updated posts?

This just started today but usually when I go into a different forum the threads are updated with the newest posts, but as of now when I go into a different section I have to hit the refresh button a few times to see the updated posts. Is this just me?

This sounds similar to my problem. But mine seems to work fine on my work comp. Its just my home comp that acts screwy. It takes forever for me to find the new posts... and I don't even have dial-up....
