Problem with Gauge installation

I pulled my factory Mach 460 CD player out and wanted to replace it with the gauge bezel pictured. When I did this the speakers quit and A/C stopped blowing cold. Does anyone have a common fix? Thank you!

For ac check vaccuum lines behind console, may have come loose .

I lost heater control when modifying mine for gauges. Big line to vacuum valve came loose

Not sure about radio
