pricing for 97 cobra

ok guys here is the scoop, what is a 97 cobra with 100,000+ miles on it black coupe CAI with cat back flow's and X pipe, badly repainted with a fairly new clutch and brakes worth with rusted regular rims with sequential tail lights (those would be going bubye.) be worth? interior is in decent condition.

With over 100,000 miles, a crappy repaint, and rusty wheels, I wouldn't give more than 3500-4000 bucks.
I suppose supply and demand in Germany will have a substantial bearing on the price though.
