So, who do we talk to about getting the premium membership activated?

I figured it would have been automatic when I paid via PayPal, but that's not the case?

Also, what is the $4.95 "shipping and handling" charge? Is there a secret decoder ring we get with the premium membership? I mean, if so, cool.

I also paid for a premium membership weeks ago and have heard nor seen any indication that it has been activated. Will it be soon - also, anxious to recieve my goody bag... XL if a shirt, Shipyard IPA if it’s beer.
