Thanks for the compliments, folks :) I've also decided I erred in not getting the premium interior upgrade; that looks fantastic, Shadowstang03GT!

Also, don't miss out on your chance to get a photo like mine. The Heritage Flight Museum in Bellingham, WA does the Props and Ponies show - it's a Mustang/Mustang air/car show :)

They've got another one coming up this year, and are hoping to make it even bigger than last time. Spots are limited, though; last year we only had 100 slots. The fact that it's on a live tarmac at an international airport means we don't get to take up as much space as a car show typically gets :)

NICE! I was wondering what the wheels look like in black; is that powdercoated or did you buy the FRPP ones?

Where did you get black 5.0 badging?

I wound up with the FRPP M5300-K springs, 1.5" drop.

I need to switch over to an adjustable Panhard Bar to recenter the axle, it's about 3/8" off-center after the drop. I also installed LCA relocation brackets to get rid of the resulting wheel hop from lowering the car; I'll be getting red powder-coated LCAs and adjustable Panhard Bar from BMR to finish up the work on the rear, and then I'll likely be looking into a set of adjustable struts/shocks for the car.

Here is the link to the badges..
2011 Mustang GT 5.0 Black Fender Emblem - Home for your Ford Mustang

Far as the rims, the Ford ones are gloss which I dont want. I painted these with a rattle can using Plati-Dip. Took less then two cans and looks fantastic. Didn't scuff up my rims and I can take this off to go back to stock if I desire. Best mod to date:beer:

My GT with the 17's off of my '04 GT

I'm very surprised that those front wheels cleared your calipers.

I tried to put together an inexpensive set of wheels to use at the dragstrip. I tried using a set of 17" Bullits off of my wife's '08 V6 Mustang and they hit the front caliper!
