Yep! I actually had THREE engines installed by Callaway over a 4 year period. The first was the SN400 (405hp) package designed for the Camaro. But after the engine let go, they offered to replace it with an SN435 (435hp). I agreed, so I remained happy with the SN435 for about a year. I was always intrigued with their Corvette-only SN450 (450hp) engine, so I asked Reeves Callaway if they'd install it in my Camaro. They agree, and I became the only Camaro with their SN450 engine package. It was a lot of fun and kicked a lot of ass at the time. * Callaway (Corvette spec'd) SN450 engine (383c.i. stroker), 450hp * Callaway stainless steel long-tube headers * Complete Callaway leather interior * Crane ignition * Callaway OZ wheels * Callaway Brembo F-40 brake package *Callaway suspension with Koni adjustable shocks, high rate coil springs (lowered 3/4"), tubular lateral link, stiffer front & rear stabilizer bars) * Callaway 3.73 gears with aluminum girdle cover * Callaway billet aluminum pedals * Callaway (1-off) custom stainless steel catback * Callaway Hurst shifter * Callaway chrome valve covers My Camaro wasn't an SS model, it was a Z-28. I actually bought the SS-style hood (ram air) from Suncoast Creations in Florida. The custom paint is a Corvette red, done in-house at Callaway. It was a great car and I often miss it. But not quite as much as I miss on '03 Cobra.
