Details on that good looking thing.

LMAO, I hear that scene every time I see that meme.
It's a "max effort" stock bottom end car built by Advanced Modern Performance around 920 at the tire with a somewhat conservative tune.

That's a machine right there.
I was just looking at a set of those wheels for my jalopy.

Side note: What's with these Vette guys in warm climates running 500+ tread wear all-season tires? Many sets of used wheels I look at have skins on them already, but they often look damn near like snow tires. Mine's just making baby power and I'd blow all-seasons away if I leaned into the throttle.
The R888Rs worked very good with some heat in them when I bought the car with the Lingenfelter 710 package. Only drawback is they get a little loud over 100mph. The current Proxes RR's hold the torque on the factory rims. I've been debating sizing down to 18's although I don't do hood rat things with my friends anymore.

I know I said “chatter”, but what I meant was “vibration”. It’s fairly common on these Brembo brakes sets. A lot of guys switch out the pads, but then end up with more brake dust buildup on the wheels. Mine don’t do it all the time, so I live with it. Like I said, my 2019 was really bad, as were most 2019s with the Brembos. Genesis switched to a slightly different pad so the issue isn’t as bad on the 2023-2025 3.3 G70s.

I just hit 5,000 on mine. Shame on me for not driving it more.
Hi Bob.
No, I never fell any vibration in the braking either. Maybe now that you mentioned it, I'll probably feel it. LOL The car has been so solid for almost the 2 years that I've had it. I love it.

Don't feel bad about the mileage on your G70 Bob,...I only have 3k on the Roush.

Wow, only 3K on your Roush. I'd probably be on the same path if I owned it. Part of me would want to drive it often, while the greater part of me would keep it from seeing any rain or take it out if rain was a potential. LOL.

As far as the 2026 G70, my Genesis dealer said it is coming, but I'm not yet seeing any solid info that verifies that. IF there is a 2026 coming, any design changes might make you want to wait until then vs. moving now on a 2025. I'd love to see it, but it would seem the G80 is too close to the size of the G70, so it makes more sense for Genesis to stop making G70s. We'll see.

They have three 2026 G70 cars at the dealership where I bought mine.
All the window stickers say that they are 2026 cars.

Hell yeah. I bet it’s a riot. Are you still running the 2.3 or got something bigger?

Interesting. I did a search for the 2026 G70 about a month ago and found absolutely nothing. My Genesis dealer didn't have any specific info on it, either. Today, I'm seeing them at dealerships locally, and on the Genesis website. Like it was a surprise launch. LOL. I'm disappointed, though, that they've made zero changes to the exterior. IMO the rear end needs some minor changes, as well as the front end. And still no wireless Apple Carplay. It does lose a lot of features, like microfiber suede headliner, power trunk, sport interior trim, and no more 3.3 adaptive suspension upgrade.

A rear end (tail lights) like this computer "concept" rendering would be awesome. Forget that it's a stretched wide body design. I just like the Genesis name plate and how the tail lights and black name plate carry straight across with no break. I also like the added rear wing. It's a muscular rear design!

I did notice that as well.
I love the suede headliner, power trunk and all the goodies that we currently have.
I HIGHLY doubt that I would trade in.
