@Black Gold 380R Ive followed your build off and on, but that video does a good job of highlighting the finished product along with some things folks might not know about.

Super bad ass Glen, wow. Very few people in this world can claim they've accomplished -- with their own 2 hands -- a build like yours.

Respect!

Thank you Dom! Really appreciate your kind words and praise brother and appreciate you looking at my build thread and for checking out the video as well.

My Dad complains a little because when I was a kid I rarely went in the garage with him to learn mechanical things very often. I was more interested in riding my bike, shooting hoops or hanging out with my girlfriend LMAO!!!

Then he seen what I accomplished with this build and said I must have been paying attention a little LOL. He then told me I built a hell of a car. That was amazing to hear.

Truth be told I did pay attention to what my Dad was doing when I was young. During my military career I didn't have the money, time, tools or experience to complete a build to this level.

After I retired my brother was working on cars. He showed me that welding was no big deal, just another skill to learn. As you may remember, I painted diecast cars. I used automotive paint and learned how to work with it.

So, I took all those skills and applied them to my build. I also watched a lot of car shows. So, I "stole" ideas from Dave Kindig, Joe Martin, Chip Foose and others and tried to apply them to my build.

I am VERY proud of what I was able to accomplish in my garage and with the help I got from my fabricator and parts from Borla and Kindig.

Every time I go to a car show the number 1 question I get is who painted the car. They trip out when I say I did. Then they ask for my business card because they think I work at a paint and body shop. LOL.

So, thank you again Dom! It was a challenging 2 years, but very rewarding when I look at the end result and what I was able to accomplish.

For others who may not have seen the video.....

Neutered my track day car, as my buddy said, by putting the stock fenders and street tires/wheels on. Speaking of the wheels, they were a gift since another buddy was going to THROW THEM AWAY.

It was fun to watch that video again. Your Mustang will always be classic, in a turn-your-head kind of way. A labor of love, devotion and application of skills learned to perfection. PERFECTION!!

Can't get enough of your '03 Cobra. So much to appreciate there, from front to rear, top to bottom. (y)

I don't think I've ever seen your Cobra before. She's a beauty! The engine bay is pristine and clean and tidy. I like the wheels, too. They go perfectly with the DSG paint. Speaking of paint.....it looks perfect!
Thank you. I assure you I didnt buy it in this condition. I've owned it for about 8 yrs now. Almost got her where I want her. Paint is about 5yrs old.
