Is there anyone in the Portland area that specializes in modular engines or that you would trust building one?

I asked about Mustang shops before I moved up to Portland and someone recommended The Fox Shoppe in NE.

I stopped by about a month ago to have them look at something on my Mach and met the owner and one of the techs. Shop looked nice, they had a lot of stangs they were working on, and everyone was great. I haven't had any work done on my car yet, but I'm going to take my Mach in there for service and any future mods.

I don't think the fox shoppe builds engines. Could be wrong, though.

Brad's Custom Auto has been highly recommend by a few friends who had their cars built there. To be honest, I would take my stuff to English Racing to see if they would do it. They've started to work in more and more domestics now that Lucas is having great success with his CTS-V. I've met and talked to a few guys there, mostly Myles, and he seems to understand them. He even told me they are now tuning mustangs using Diablosport software.
