Ported cobra with nitrous plate kit

So i ran into a problem last night installing my nitrous that i knew i was going to have to deal with eventually. I have a ported supercharger and the plate for the nitrous is set up for a factory supercharger. So i have to pretty much port the plate to match the supercharger but im not sure how to with the rails being there. If anyone else has done this im just wondering if there us any tips or any kinda help would be good. Thank you
