You could see the thin layer of grease on the inside of the pulley not being pushed aside. Metal to metal contact was not happening. I had to remove the pulley, degrease all surfaces, and reinstall dry. </p><p></p><p>On all poly bushings in the suspension. Grease once, never grease again. Everything is silent.
