Well... it's broken. Car, engine, compression, etc.

Guess not a 4.6 since why meth + e85 at that boost. So, high boost 5.0?

Just one plug? If so. Replace and run it again. Unless more damage was done?
Looks like a brand new plug, other than broken.

Hard telling. Looks a little hot. And see a bit of oil cracking? What exactly are you looking for?

I just wanted input on the fuel ring and timing mark.

Should I pull more fuel, or timing or add or whatever... I wanted some expert opinions.

That is a great video!
So fuel looks great and I can sneak up on a 1 more degree or 2 until MPH falls off.

Here is a plug reading video from Steve Morris he is the tuner of Tom Bailey and other "drag week" type cars. One of the best plug reading videos I have seen.

Well I learned something. I didn't know anyone actually cut the plugs to read them. Definitely seems like you can get a lot of info out of it.

Just going by the teachings of the old timers and the ancient Chilton/Haynes texts (which don't touch on E85 unfortunately, and is much cleaner burning making it tougher to read), it looks about right for fueling both at WOT and idle. Heat range is right. Timing mark looks about right too. The rule of thumb I was always taught is you want the timing mark about halfway down the strap. I wouldn't add any timing but that's just based on the plugs- it's a lot more accurate to judge where you are if you have an actual measurement approach, such as a dyno or even dragstrip.

We’ll, that was clever. I would never have thought to try a SawzAll blade in a vice.

I put a Sawzall blade in my vice... and put the sparkplug in my drill.

Slow cut from the base thread... then let her rip.

I never thought of doing that with plugs. I usually put a drill in the vise, put a quick clamp on the trigger, and use a cutting tool for a quick and dirty redneck lathe. I might have to try that in the future.
