I am running a Full Return Style system, consisting of a magnafuel 625 external pump with 80lb injectors... just wondering if you guys could let me know what i should have for hi/low slope and BP... etc. From what i understand, the values i should have are these... http://www.fordracingparts.com/parts...-9593-lu80.pdf

I had somebody tune the car last year on Sniper, and i think they have everything completely half a$$ed...

A few things within the tune that caught my eye are...

1) Its set as a Mechanical Returnless Fuel System.
2) Its set at Fuel Pump Max. On Time --- 8.0 seconds
3) Its set that Returnless Fuel Press Drop --- 37 Lb.Hr.

His values are as follows...

Low Slope in Lb.Hr. --- 25.6634
High Slope in Lb.Hr. --- 23.8266
Minimum Pulse Width --- 0.000130
Injector Spray Delay --- 0.0140

Injector Comp Battery Voltage...

Voltage------Multiplier

6v-----2.5410

8v------1.4463

10v------0.9336

11v------0.7412

12v------0.5908

13v------0.4893

14v------0.4121

15v------0.3389

15.998v------0.3389

Are you still using the Sniper software or did you change to something else? I used the values that SCT provided for the injectors. Aside from being way rich, they worked pretty well.

What kind of Regulator? And what is your PCM code? O, and what kind of MAF?

Using the values from ford are a FAIL. Based on some research I have done 80's are really 60's with an internal component removed. You could try a 60# value file, and change the scalars to the 80# data.

I have never used sniper software for Ford, so i dont know the layout and what you have access to. Could you share a screen shot of available tables?
