Nice car.

"but I miss the build quality and ride of my BMW M3. No flames please...it is still an amazing car...."

And.... going slow, apparently.

These cars aren't know for the best fit in finish but to be honest it makes feel more like a Muscle car!! Newer cars today are nice and comfortable but they just feel to lux'd out to give you that raw feeling you get when driving it.

what paint needed to be corrected?

Just about any car's paint needs to be corrected, from waterspots to orange peel from the factory.

My car spent the majority of it's life on the AL/FL Gulf coast where the water spots a car if left in the sun for as little as a few minutes. I grew up with it down there and drove me nuts with my Black IROC (yes I am that old).

I don't see how people can hate this color, looks amazing to me! Car looks really good OP!

It looks flat and dull on a cloudy day, but in the sun, it's miles and miles of metallic flake. Joe said this one was painted right, among the thickest and best paint job he had seen from the factory on a cobra yet. the guys who painted this one even painted all the way under the hood (I hear that some just faded it in to hide behind the insulation blanket

Nice car! I agree with the build and ride quality of the BMW, I love my 335....I might be looking to sell my cobra for the next M3/M4 when they come out...Or sell both cars for the M5 :burnout:

Most of the 03/04 Cobras are painted under the insulation on the hood. Mine is.

As much as I love after market wheels, I have them myself, Ford just did such a great job with these cars looking stock. The machined wheels look great the way to car sit right now. Congrats on the purchase.
