Pics of Race Star Wheels on my '11 V6 Mustang

Here are some pics from the track Sunday with the Race Stars on my '11 V6.

The wheels are 17x4.5 and 17x9.5 (7" BS) with M&H radials on the front and 26x11.5x17 MT ET STreet bias ply tires on the rear.

There is also a couple of rolling shots of the car on the way home with the Race Stars on the front and the '09 GT/CS wheels (my everyday wheels) on the rear.

Yes, we will be at Carlisle again this year. We will come up on Thursday and stay through Saturday afternoon. We haven't decided what car we will bring up this year yet.

I agree, the 3.7 is an impressive motor. We have an '11 Edge also, but ours isn't a Sport model so it has the 3.5 V6.

Several people at the track have really been surprised at what kind of times my car and my son's car ('12 V6) have been turning.

I remember running a 13.50 @ 100 MPH in my first '87+ Fox back in the day and was really happy at how fast it was!!

Yes, if you want to maximize performance!!

With 3.73 gears and the manual transmission it spins hard from a 1st gear roll on the street and hard on the 1-2 shift at the track.

And BTW, it is only .04 away from being a 12 second V6!!
