EGR Delete & a coolant filter are a must! And if the oil cooler has not been serviced then get that done as well. Nice truck!

I would buy an Insight to monitor your temps before dropping the coin to have the oil cooler serviced/replaced.

110% agree on the coolant filter, EGR delete is up to you.

The #1 thing about own a 6.0L is educating yourself on it and maintenance!

I wanted another 7.3 (had a 99 and and an 02) but guys think they are sitting on a pile of gold and are asking crazy prices for those things. So I started spending a lot of time on the org and powerstrokenation doing research on the 6.0's, I do know preventative maintenace is the key. Coolant flush/filter, EGR delete, and either gauges or a monitor to watch the oil/coolant temps are first on the list.
