Passing emissions in PA / catless

Anyone know how to pass emissions in PA?

catless / drive over 5000 miles a year / Lund tune, no codes displayed / front O2s still on

In my area we are allowed to have 1 "readiness monitor" not active. If you're not sure, I'd get a scan tool hooked up to your car and see where you stand. The only other thing holding you back is a visual test and that will depend on how thorough the mechanic is. Hope this helps.

Would that mean no visual cat inspection?

Best off to find a shop that over looks that. Any place that requires visual will fail you.
