I have a few questions regarding some modifications to my 03 cobra vert.

Are these full-length subframe connectors everyone recommends to stiffen the chassis? I jacked the car up from the front passenger side corner and ended up lifting the entire right side of the car!:

Do I have a diff brace, and how can I best clean the burnt diff fluid from my exhaust pipes?:

Should I switch to a MM Modified FRPP diff cover instead of just putting a new gasket on this one? While I'm under there, I plan to do MM polyurethane bushings. Any other recommendations?:

My coolant tank keeps spitting a little coolant out from the cap. I'm not sure what brand tanks I have, but I think a new cap could fix the issue. Any ideas where I can find one?

Yes those are full length sub frame connectors. Great mod.

That is not a diff cover brace. Looks like an upgraded cover or painted stock one. It’s not stock grey though so tough to tell the brand. A diff cover brace mounts on 1 side of the diff cover, they are thick 1/4” thick steel plate that helps the cover not flex and leak.

Oven cleaner, scotch brite pads, stainless steel wool will help get the burnt fluid off.

You can buy a new radiator cap from Rockauto.com or any parts store should carry them too. Autozone, Advanced, O’Riellys….

The only thing I'd like to add here is buy Motorcraft caps.

Literally just went through this BS with parts store caps. The radiator reservoir cap didn't feel tight when it clicked and the oil cap didn't appear to actually seal against my valve cover.

I’ve become a fan of the lube locker diff cover gaskets vs rtv

+1 on the lube locker gasket. Since install couple years ago, i've had zero leaks. Also added a diff catch can from FTBR since I overfilled the diff and it would puke out the overflow anytime I went over 120mph. First time it happened I thought I was gonna burn it down. Diff fluid on the pipes smokes a lot.

Just got the new Motorcraft cap from RockAuto! Fits much better. Appears to be the same one I had on before, but that one was very old and yellowed on the tag. Seal was probably no good, and it didn't fit as tight.

Thank you!
