Painting the hood blanket

No trim here, just painted a thick coat of black acrylic on the edges making sure it fills in the pores in the material. Looks like it came cut that way

coleman did you just pain-stakingly tape around each letter or is there an easier way to do this?

Hey Coleman, it is pretty much like everyone else has said patience goes a long way. I have done this to just about every Mustang that I have ever had and it looks great just take your time. On a side note I am from Ft. Worth and still own some property there and in Greenville TX. I am down in DFW every couple of weekends or so. On your website the pics of you guys autocrossing your cars at Pennington Field, that is pretty funny because I used to play football there. Oh well, hopefully sometime I will be in town during the weekdays and I will be able to hook up with you guys and cruise to lunch.

Hey decal providers! You should make a template overlay for us where we stick in place, paint , and remove for a smooth look.
